The next shelf down where, the device is sticking out is an external Westell WireSpeed Ethernet DSL Modem. Next shelf down is a Netgear RP114 Web Safe router. On the bottom shelf are two Netgear FS108 8-port 10/100Mbps switches.
I have a CAT5 cable running from one of my switch ports to the hub (Netgear EN104TP 10Base T 4-port hub) . The hub is used to connect that computer and another printer server (Netgear PS110 Dual Printer) to the network.
